Above: Atoll have been appointed in July as Arts Strategist by Balfour Beatty Education acting for the Shine Local Education Partnership for Blackburn with Darwen and Bolton Councils. The role will involve helping facilitate Lead Artist residencies and public art commissions within the £88m programme for 4 new BSF (Building Schools for the Future) schools of Pleckgate, Darwen Vale, Witton Park and New East Blackburn.
