Description: Working initially as client project manager with appointed Sri Lankan architects Pheroze Choksy and Ismeth Raheem, and later as sole island-based lead architect, Ian Banks lived on site to coordinate the re-design of Maldivian tourist resort Rannalhi for local resort owner Jetan Travel Service. These first phase delivered projects included all the land-based hotel and service accommodation.
