Description: The project brief was to develop proposals for a small ground floor rear extension with bi-fold doors that create a new open plan kitchen, dining and garden room space in a small detached house.

Atoll have received preliminary confirmation (May 2021) that Ian Banks is being accepted onto the Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council ‘Planning Agents Accreditation Scheme’ . As such he will be happy to also be bound by that schemes Code of Conduct – as well of course, as his own under his ongoing membership to ARB, RIBA and the Association of Consultant Architects.
