Description: The project brief was to carefully explore the potential for a ground floor utility and WC extension to a small existing semi-detached house in Sale, Trafford.

Atoll have received preliminary confirmation (May 2021) that Ian Banks is being accepted onto the Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council ‘Planning Agents Accreditation Scheme’ . As such he will be happy to also be bound by that schemes Code of Conduct – as well of course, as his own under his ongoing membership to ARB, RIBA and the Association of Consultant Architects.
