Description: The project brief for this speculative proposal was to explore the potential for a 6-bed house and replacement dwelling house, with indoor swimming pool in Wilmslow. Cheshire. The feasibilitly also includes landscaping proposals, including a first floor roof terrace with sedum planted roof, outdoor ‘swimming pond’ and kitchen / wood-fired pizza oven. The 3D modelling is being used to simply help develop the brief and budget and to provide a typical illustration to augment an Offer of Service bid.
