Description: The project brief is to test through a Full Planning submission, the potential for an in-principle approval on a ‘self-build’ home-working agricultural start-up workshop in Green Belt.

The proposal is as part of a current landowner feasibility and venture investment to develop a new agricultural / rural start-up that aspires to include in-time, such good rural practice as woodland management and copicing; fruit and vegetable growing & preserves production; traditional heritage orchards & fruit produce production; bee-keeping & honey production; and poultry raising & egg production -amongst other small holding farm practices.
