Description: The project brief is to try to explore the principle via a Pre-App submission and Housholder Planning Application, the potential for a new garden room extension to the side garden plot of an existing house in Open Countryside.

Submission will include a detailed Design & Access Statement prepared by Atoll and backed-up with a 3D CAD model of both existing and proposed.
