Description: The project brief frm the client was to match the style of the existing house whilst creating two simple, economical extensions – one to create a new side main entrance & lobby, and the other to extend the kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen required particularly careful consideratyion in terms of maintaining an independent party wall roofing detail, whilst also incorporating a new traditional lantern rooflight.

As such he will be happy to also be bound by that schemes Code of Conduct – as well of course, as his own under his ongoing membership to ARB, RIBA and the Association of Consultant Architects.
