Description: The project brief was only to act as an initial architectural sub consultant to swimming pool contractor KDT Swimming Pools to prepare concept drawings and outline details for a swimming pool extension to an existing pool within a 2-storey converted barn and home. The pool sub contractor via their householder client was then to submit themselves to gain any required planning and building regulations approval and arrange the building contractor appointment by contract managing works themselves.
