In 2018, Ian Banks was commissioned to write a short feature article by EP Muldoon Building Contractors on their company, to feature in the best practice in housing construction section of the 2017-2018 Parliamentary Review. The best practice article features the new build sustainable home and swimming pool designed by Atoll and constructed by EP Muldoon at Swettenham in Cheshire, and which was completed in December 2017.
Each year, it’s release is marked with a Gala reception held at the Palace of Westminster for all the best practice representatives who participate in the publication. EP Muldoon attended the Review Gala in March 2018.
The featured article explores the background to this small family company as well as look to future economic and environmental drivers for small regional SME house builders like this, operating in the current financial and political climate. See pages 35-37 on the following flipbook.
