Description: This self-build and custom house project brief was to renew a previously approved planning application for a new build house on an infill plot in Rochdale previously built up to DPC only and then left unbuilt. The plot was purchased at auction as-seen with the supposedly original approval intact. This proved far from the truth and the reality was that a further Lawful Development Certificate, Full Planning Application and Variation of a Condition were required to regularise and reapprove the project before self build works could commence.

The project is now onsite as of 2026.
