Description: The project brief was to replace an existing rear conservatory, with a wider extension into the back garden with a double bi–fold system. Portion of the extension to be an externally covered patio area with retractable pergola / awning potentially Package produced included measured survey of as-existing, planning application (and eventual building regulation submission). Status: Currently awaiting Planning consent with anticipated Start on Site potentially earliest Autumn 2026 / Spring 2027.
